Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 egg (for brushing, optional)

Instructions

 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Mix all ingredients into a dough.

  • Form 4 bagel shapes.

  • Brush tops with egg wash and add toppings.

  • Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden brown.
