Method
Heat milk in Instant Pot using yogurt setting until “boil” appears
Cool to 110°F
Stir in starter yogurt
Incubate 8–12 hrs
Cook fruit + sweetener into compote
Chill yogurt and stir in fruit
Store in fridge up to 7 days
