Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt (starter)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (for compote)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Equipment

  • Instant Pot with yogurt function
  • Food thermometer
  • Whisk
  • Saucepan (for fruit compote)
  • Glass jars or containers

Method
 

  1. Heat milk in Instant Pot using yogurt setting until “boil” appears
  2. Cool to 110°F
  3. Stir in starter yogurt
  4. Incubate 8–12 hrs
  5. Cook fruit + sweetener into compote
  6. Chill yogurt and stir in fruit
  7. Store in fridge up to 7 days
