- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Add zucchini noodles and toss until well combined. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated.
- Serve immediately, optionally topped with grated Parmesan or lemon zest.
